BMW were one of the first manufacturers to offer iPod integration so it would not be too much of a suprise if they were the first manufacturer to integrate an iPhone.
Most other car makers are still only just realising that adding a 3.5mm headphone jack is a useful feature.
If BMW does offer iPhone integration expect it to cost more than the iPhone itself.

BMW has begun production of a very special limited-edition 7-Series which will become the world's first luxury car fuelled by hydrogen. The Hydrogen 7 will make its public debut at the Los Angeles Motor Show on November 28, and will go on to be "offered to selected users" in 2007.
