Is Gallardo Superleggera an inadvertent copy of Gallardo LS?

What is the real scoop for these two cars are more or less the same. one has been designed by a freelance designer and the other one is obviously the new age Lambo Superleggera. A designers claim, is it fake ... it is for you people to judge!!
