2006 Gumball 3000 Video
The eight annual Gumball 3000 Rally was held this may 2006 and set a milestone by taking the 120 participants through 3 continents in 8 days.
The Event followeda 3 stage, 3000 mile driving route that incorporates Europe, Asia and the United States.
As done in past years, loyal past Gumballers recieved a discount of 25% with the total entry fee being £30,000 (based on 2 persons per car); and £40,000 to new participants.
The entry fee included accommodation in the most amazing 5-star hotels each night, including the night of registration (Sunday 30th April) throughout the week, until (and including) Monday 8th May. This included all breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as several wild parties. Throughout the week all drivers and co-drivers shared Deluxe double/twin rooms to accommodate two people.
